Hi everyone! Just a quick update about tomorrow’s luncheon. In addition to all the fun planned, we will also take a quick moment to address some upcoming business items. As you may already know, the city has created a revitalization plan for Union Square in conjunction with the new T station planned for Prospect Street. The arrival of the Green Line is exciting news, but you may be wondering what impact it might have on your business. Because we know many of you may have questions about the plan (more info and link to plan can be found here), we have arranged for George Proakis, Director of the Office of Strategic Planning and Community Development, to attend tomorrow’s Union Square Chapter Lunch. He will talk about the plan and answer any questions you may have.
